Global Leaders who Innovate Next Knowledge

GLINK (Global Leaders who Innovate Next Knowledge) is a platform that brings together experts, practitioners, and leaders from different countries to co-create new knowledge.

The initiative is based on the principles of Knowledge Management and collaboration across cultures. The goal of GLINK is not only to share existing knowledge but to create new knowledge through interaction between participants.

GLINK events are designed as co-creative environments where participants actively contribute ideas, experiences, and insights.

The approach combines the right participants, collaborative culture, and structured facilitation formats to support knowledge creation.

GLINK brings together practitioners, facilitators, researchers, and leaders interested in advancing knowledge creation and collaborative learning across cultures.

Participants represent organisations, universities, innovation communities, and independent experts who share a common interest in developing new knowledge through dialogue and shared experience.

Global experience

GLINK brings together professionals from different cultures and regions through events held across the world — from Melbourne and Singapore to Munich, Dubai, and Mexico.

This global presence connects Eastern, Western, Northern, and Southern markets, creating opportunities for cross-cultural dialogue and collaborative knowledge creation.

History

GLINK was created in 2017 by an international group of knowledge management and collaboration experts and was inspired by earlier initiatives such as Creative Melbourne, Creative Bangkok, and FlashPoint.

The first event took place in Bangkok with the support of KMGN, and the initiative has since expanded globally, later evolving into online programs such as the Global Virtual Collaboration Culture during the pandemic.

GVCC

Global Virtual Collaboration Culture (GVCC) is an educational program that grew out of the GLink methodology and was launched in 2021 as an eight-week course for multicultural teams working in virtual environments.

The program focuses on practical approaches to crosscultural collaboration, trust building, and collaborative knowledge creation in global teams.

Principles

GLINK is built on a set of principles that support collaboration, learning, and knowledge creation.
